Review The Therapists Corner Mission and Values and consider if you align and are willing to abide by them. We understand that each person and each professional has their own unique values and we don’t want to put you in a compromising place if what we stand for does not align with you.
Ensure that you are available to participate in weekly sessions (with the exception of holidays and vacations) for the duration of the seven-month program that you are selecting (we will be taking the month of August off). Meetings and most supervision sessions will take place on Monday afternoons/evenings, so we ask that you be available for a 3-hour block of time on Monday afternoon/evening every week. The exact time will depend on the cohort you will be placed in.
While this program offers The Best Value we know of in the Pacific Northwest, it is still a financial commitment we want you prepared and able to fulfill. While the program is for seven months, the $395 payments are for 12 months, to make it more affordable at the start of you launching your private practice.
One of our values is Inclusivity and Equanimity. We will be offering a 50% discount rate to therapists who are BIPOC for up to 30% of participants accepted. This discount will be offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.
We will notify applicants of the next step within 7 days of your application submission. If your application meets our criteria, the next step will be a brief interview with Carol Missel, the founder and clinical supervisor.
