I’m excited to announce the release of our WA THERAPISTS RESOURCE GUIDE for COVID-19 TIMES. We made this guide with YOU in mind. There is so much information out there for therapists to navigate during this pandemic. The guide simplifies the facts and puts them all in one place.

This guide is FREE. we just ask that you consider forwarding this email to your therapist friends so they can be informed and equipped too.

You can download The Guide from our Resource Page by clicking the link below. The Guide is the first thing listed there

At Seattle Therapists Corner our mission is to provide inspiration, resources, and support for therapists to grow personally and professionally.

Are You a Recent Grad School Graduate?

Do You Dream of Having Your Own Private Practice?

Seattle Therapist Corner is starting a program called THE LAUNCH. We’ll be offering supervision, start-up forms, business coaching, consulting groups, CEU opportunities, and networking. It’s an All-In-One deal, so therapists can focus on their skills and service as a therapist, and not get overwhelmed with the logistics of starting a business.

We are currently interviewing candidates. Please pass this information on to any therapists with a dream of having their own practice.

Why piecemeal the foundation of your career?
GET ALL YOU NEED IN ONE SPOT.
at The Launch.

This movement of protecting the rights of people to live safely in our country is calling all of us to face the fact that black people, as well as other people of color, do not receive the respect and protection that is everyone’s basic right. It’s a tragic symptom of a society that is built on systems that are inherent with racial bias and oppression. There is implicit racial bias pervasive in most of the systems we exist within, including our social media.

On Instagram, @Seattle_Therapists _Corner is participating in #amplifymelanatedvoices. This campaign was started by Jessica Wilson (@jessicawilson.msrd) and Alishia McCullough (@blackandembodied). Part of this effort is to increase the exposure of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) professionals, artists, and influencers as voices that are included in the mainstream.

In that spirit, I wanted to share with you the mental health and wellness BIPOC people I follow that have inspired and informed me as a therapist, as well as a human who is on my own path of growth. We encourage you to consider intentionally increasing your exposure to learning from BIPOC voices as you follow the commitment to grow professionally and personally.
